    I would like to see this........ If not for Peter Jackson directing, I'm not sure if I'd give it a second look, though.

    Well, Peter Jackson didn't direct it but he is producing it and his special effects company is doing it.

    Appearently PJ was set to produce the Halo movie, he tapped the District 9 director to direct it. It fell through so PJ liked him enough to produce a short film he made and make it a full length feature.

    Peter Jackson sucks, but this looks like it could be a decent movie.

    I saw this yesterday & liked it. I would recommend this to sci-fi fans. Of course, there are some loose ends that can be tied up in a sequel in a couple of years.

    I'm still waiting for the "Independence Day" sequel.
