    wish like hell I knew what they are putting in ice cream these days. Love to eat it but I always get serious indigestion afterwards. Forget spicy mexican food - I save the tums for the ice cream. Maybe i I should just crush them up and sprinkle on top

    You're just getting old. I can't eat anything with nuts in it, can't eat cookies either. Most other shit I can handle in MODERATION.
