    It worked for me. Tried to consume 1500, burn 2500 with a bit of amnesty on weekends.

    It worked.

    I measured my food to be certain, and ate nothing that I was uncertain of the caloric content. It was a neat experience - never thought about weight or anything. Didn't own a scale, felt flabby in May so bought a scale and was 180#. That was a stunner for me. 145# now, kinda trying to get down to 140# naked in AM after I pee, but I'm not gonna go nuts to get there. Don't want to be over 145# though - always been small framed.

    I got a good fat fuck next to 26 year old not fat profile pic I plastered everywhere. Don't have a new ( today ) profile.

    I did go buy some replacement clothes. I'm a 29 and need a belt. was 33 3 months ago. Kinda weird.

    Nah, weird is when you have to buy new shoes because your feet shrunk 2 sizes. Trust me. :smile:

    my weight loss has affected my balls

    I had to go buy new 14 pound bowling balls because I could no longer throw a 15 pound ball hard enough to keep it from hooking across the lane.


    However, being able to get my arms closer to my body has increased the distance that I am able to drive a golf ball by about 40 yards..
