    i smoked three packs a day. but since they had to remove one of my lungs, i've cut my smoking in half. one day i will quit entirely.

    Sunflower seeds. Quit five years ago. 2 1/2 packs a day for over 20 years. It is a mind game play and live just a little longer. Good luck

    my boyfriend can't quit smoking and we have quarrels about that and sometimes together with beer he asks his friend "to help "him with one cigarette,but if refuse from smoking it must be total refusal!!!!!

    I quit at least ten years ago. Two packs a day, wore the patch a month and I was over it. A couple of weekends ago a couple of young dudes were over and they smoke. I asked for a cig just to see if it was as good as I remembered it. D A M N what a nasty nasty smoke that was. I could still smell an after taste in my sinus's a week later. I'll just stick to pot.

    i'm trying to cut down...but it sucks.

    last time i quit i did it cold turkey, now it seems harder.

    i seriously want to be able to breathe again

    so are ribs and pork shoulders
