Drywall anchors.....

    Ok, I've got two damn holes in my wall from where I tried to install two new 24' towel racks in the bathroom. No stud so tried to use an anchor before installing scew to hold piece that holds towel rack. Damn anchor went through the drywall and thus the damn hole in the wall. Now, what should of been a quick install is costing me money and more time. WTF?

    I tried the ones that came with the units but that was obviously a mistake. Something this simple should not be this hard.

    Drill a pilot hole. If you hit wood, use a wood screw, if you don't then use one of the anchors I posted a pic of. It is simple

    Have one of those, hence the reason I know there isn't a stub where I need to put the towel holder. Nice try though.

    No need for a pilot hole since I have a stud finder. I'm just going to have to get a better anchor I guess. I agree, this should be simple.
