    In the past the problem with Vick was that if he was within 10 yards of the sideline and you touched him you got an unnecessary roughness penalty thrown in. Maybe now, after his whole ordeal, the refs wont pull that shit.

    so it was penalties to blame for that year that he and the goddamn fucking falcons beat us something like 70-0?

    please.

    and the way this team's luck goes and our penchant for making backups and replacement players look like all-pros, that scenario with the vikes isn't terribly far-fetched.

    i agree w/ reezy. no more protection for mr vick.
    it you think he wasn't protected, you're high, or need to be.
    got nothing to do w/ getting the shit knocked out of us that time

    my issue is the implication that we got all those ass beatings because of penalty protection. you've got selective memory if you go with that line of thinking. which i can understand as it was a long run of annual ass beatings from that team. it wasn't just the league shielding the highest paid player. he was better than the guys we had trying to stop him.

    there were many questionable calls when it came to plays involving vick at crucial parts of games... fuck vick & the refs

    there we're many times we stopped that fucker and some flag or some bullshit would come from nowhere and they'd keep the ball another series or whatever

    anyway, i'm not reliving this shit, i'm getting pissed off
