It's unlikely the team will be able to draft Tebow without trading up.... I think it's time to let the Vick thing go, he wasn't a very good passer to begin with and I doubt the prison league made him any better.

Signing Michael Vick as a backup and drafting Tim Tebow as the future?

I seriously doubt either one of those things will happen, much less both.

There's absolutely zero chance of Vick being a Panther. No use even speculating. Jerry Richardson would never take him.

And honestly, he shouldn't, and not just for the character reasons.

Vick doesn't work well in a conventional offense. You have to build the offense specifically to suit him or it'll fail (and even then it's a gamble). You sure as heck don't do that for a backup.

Vick would be an upgrade at quarterback over McCown

We will need to update this thread since JP loseman signed with Las Vegas/UFL and add Hunter Cantwell (Topps Panther team card rookie set)on this list? McCown is making 1.7m this year for journeyman QB ! Michael Vick would be an upgrade over Josh and if allowed to compete for the starting job in pre season and Moore would compete with Cantwell for 3rd string QB.

Speaking of Tebow,I have read around and most folks have him as a 3rd rounder. Can anyone see him moving up?

If you bitch about McCown being a journeyman then I have some news for you about the career path losman is on

    What's the point of this?

Their career QB rating is 4 points apart, how is vick going to be some massive upgrade after years away from the game? and why would we cut McCown when he could be the third QB if he lost out to Vick?

Predraft workouts will play a large part, how pat white plays out will also be a factor since a 'spread/wildcat QB' would have previous success.
