    Actually they sent Hanson to High-A (Myrtle Beach)...don't panic, it was only done to bring in an extra relief pitcher because Medlen started today. Tommy will be back in Atlanta on Thursday. If anything since Hanson is going to Myrtle Beach, he can get in his throwing on the side while the major leaguers are on break.

    %&#*!*% blowing that lead late to Colorado makes me want to hit something. It would have been nice to get to the break at .500.

    I'd love to see the Braves pick up someone for the clean-up spot that could actually rack up a few homers. McCann is nice in the 5th spot but as a cleanup hitter not so much.

    The Mucking Fets are not very good right now but the Braves took 3 of 4 over the weekend. Let's see if they can go on a 12 of 15 streak.

    I am in no way giving up on the NL East but the Braves have 7 very important games coming up against the Giants (4 at the Ted) and Brewers (3 on the road). This could have a major effect on the NL Wild Card.

    They need a really good run. Anything is possible if they can pull it off. BTW, when is Tim Hudson due back?
