King is worth a shit he does okay blocking and is a decent receiver (just like the guy he replaced), people just need to accept that we don't throw to the tight end that often.

heh. OK, sure. If you say so.

you're the one who stated your opinion as fact. I'm not sure what the point is, everything's allegory or "i know you are, but what am I?"

trust this - I'm not insulted. And if you're actually prone to getting your feelings hurt and this isn't just some act to try to "win", you might need a new approach.

not everything I quoted was one game, but you knew that. You also knew I was stating they were reasons to suggest talent, compared to the player you're holding to much more lenient standards but to higher regard.
It's very convenient to state that the good done is something to negate while amplifying all faults, on the way to touting a player who has done nothing and can't beat out this player you hold in lower regard.

And yes, that they had equal stats does put him "on par" with King, who had a good season blocking and an inconsistent, drop filled season and a ton of false starts. the same issues plaguing Rosario, right or wrong.

King is alright but nothing special. We might throw more to the tight end if we had one who could catch. Jake certainly went to Rosario in that one game last year.....

so either he is worth a shit or he isn't. pick one.
Yes, one game where we were missing the most important piece of our passing offense we threw to other targets more often, but like I said people just need to accept that we don't throw to the tight end that often.

We might put emphasis on getting one if they wanted to utilize that aspect more as well.

Regardless of whether it is scheme or lack of talent at the position our tight ends do not contribute a whole lot to our offense other than blocking. Why you guys want to argue about which one is the best is perplexing.

I think you nailed it - immediate long argument with mags after showing up right before football season. Too much of a coincidence.

    Don't think so.

he's arguing with people on the charlotte.com blog, though. That was a funny find.
