    Here, send me the money you'd have spent on the surgery after I give you the simple gastric bypass surgery without the surgery.

    Get the gastric bypass diet from your doctor that you have to follow after you have the surgery. You'll lose just as much weight except without the surgery and the pain.

    which pain is worse recovery from surgery or starving to death all the time?

    Look up what happens when you don't follow the diet they set out for you after the surgery. The results are not pretty. Your brain doesn't know you belly is a quarter of the size but your body will let you know real fast.

    I am not big enough to qualify anyway. I have been hitting the gym three times a week for about a month now. I have not seen much change on the scales but I feel a whole lot better. If I keep this up maybe the pounds will eventually come off. If not at least I will be in better overall health.....

    I got my labs back today and they were better than they have been in a long time. My cholesterol was 191 my fasting blood sugar was 87, my A1C was 5.7. My blood pressure was 130/80. Even with my meds they have not been that good for a while.

    I have not lost any weight but the working out must be helping.
