On a continuous basis?! Nothing EVER gives you the right to do ANY of that. Certain acts should simply be unforgivable. Period.

I agree that certain acts should be unforgivable such as homicide, serial killings, etc. God expects us to execute these criminals and send them to Him for His judgement. In other words if these people get religion and accept Christ as their Lord and Savior we are still to execute them and send them to God for His judgement and He will determine what their sentence will be.

All sins are forgiveable except one. The Unforgivable sin is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. This takes place one time when the Anti-Christ is here and if you don't believe he is the true Christ then you will be taken up to councils (a ten day trial) and questioned as to why you don't believe the anti-christ is the true christ. If you answer the questions on your own then this is unforgiveble and is blasphemy. However, if you let the Holy Spirit speak thru and for you then you won't have to worry about having an unforgiveable sin attached to you on judgement day.

No. Murder is unforgivable, and so is rape. Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is a supersition reserved for people who are terrified of their own mortality.

Homicide and rape in 50's and early 60's were carried out with the death penalty. Today, Murder and rape are offenses where you only get jail time. There very little murder and rape in 50's and 60's because everone knew they would get the chair. Our liberal courts and congress have watered these penalties down where no one gets prison time and just a slap on the wrist.

Homicide is to be judged by God when you get there. Rape is forgivable with repentance and you never do this again.

Blasphemy of Holy Spirit is only unforgiveable sin. You will find this in Matthew 12: 31-32 which reads:

vs 31. "Therefore I say to you, "every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit (H/S) will not be forgiven men
vs. 32. "Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man (Christ), it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.

Is this just an opinion or something you've researched.

Just the facts looks like 2007 numbers are going to be around 4.8 per 100k, still incomplete though.

wouldn't that mean that the murder rate for 2007 was lower than the murder rate in the 60's.

B&B I must correct myself when I said that rape was forgivable.

Murder is the same as rape in God's eyes.

    Deuteronomy 22:25-26

25: "But if a man finds a betrothed young woman in the countryside, and the man forces her and lies with her, then only the man who lay with her shall die.
26: "But you shall do nothing to the young woman; there is in the young woman no sin worthy of death, for just as when a man rises against his neighbor and kills him, even so is this matter. (Rape is same as murder)
