oh no! i've seen her, she makes the real deal! Her brother once owned a restaurant and used her chili on the dogs. She said he sold em 3 for a $1.

 

so people who eat hot dogs, instead of bratwurst, knockwurst, sausage, kielbasa, or any of that...


...are suddenly worried about what something's made of.

Yeah.




and fair enough. I get satisfaction out of making my own things too. Buying a fucking can of chili makes a lot more sense for a meal that should take around five total minutes to make than it does to spend twenty minutes on a topping for something it takes five minutes to make.

 

In the time it took you to type that post, you could've gotten a good jump on making some good ol' homemade hot dog chili.

if that didn't explain itself - people who are worried about "homemade chili" instead of buying it in a can because of "what might be in it" make about as much sense to not worry about what's in hot dogs about as much as people who would eagerly buy frozen onion rings
