    Yep, Evidently Wall's coach can't stand Williams. Not sure UNC had a shot in the first place with Wall.

    I'm pretty sure Wall wanted to go to UNC and would have jumped at an early offer.

    Of course he would have. He was a UNC fan growing up. He always wanted to go there. This is widely known.

    Pretty sure he was a NCSU fan growing up. Though maybe those posters on Pack Pride make stuff up.

    Not sure why anyone under 20 would be an NCSU fan, except for family connections/rooting interests obviously. Anyway, a simple google search seems to claim that Wall was a UNC fan growing up. Doesn't really matter though, that hasn't kept others from coming to Duke after UNC didn't offer a scholarship (Jay Williams, Art Heyman being the biggest examples.) I'm sure some Duke fans went on to play for UNC, certainly Duke fans end up going to school there.
