    What a dumbass. You know he is a one and done player and now this. I hope it's all smoke that the Tarheels have any interest in him

    Probably not even that. The article likened it to a traffic violation.

    Just by reading the article, it doesn't sound like they will give him a misdemeanor because I guess this is his first run in with the law and since the house was vacant, they may let him slide on this one. They will either give him some community service + fines or a slap on the hand + fines and he will be on his way. He did commit a crime so he does need to be held responsible for his crime, 50 or so hours of community service would be good enough.
