So, I have it - and it sucks in the worst way. I'm hopefully at the tail end of it (if there is such a thing). There's not much in the way of antibiotics that I can take, and so far - I've gone the high intake of vitamin and minerals to try and help myself through it. I've dosed up on my fresh vegetable juice. I've done lymphatic drainage massage. I've slept when I've needed to. Had baths, tried to rest. Have even taken up meditation (okay, I did it twice).

And I still feel like shit.

What other suggestions are there? Am I missing something crucial that I'm not doing?

And, think Prevention. Attack the cause of your sorry rundown condition, stop partying so hard, drinking and smoking, doing marijuana(if applicable), take plenty of vitamin E, eat plenty of oysters, take two aspirin and call me in the morning.

Well, 20 views and one reply - so I owe you one for that Jazz. Thanks for your response - I feel better already after being diagnosed with a "sorry rundown condition" :laugh4:.
