One season? I actually count the two 19 win seasons among 'down' seasons for us. So that's 3 'down' years this decade.

 

Please tell me you're more sensible than taking 2-3 years and saying that shows they're the best team this decade. That's ridiculous.

As I said before - to determine which program has had the most success this decade, the fair thing would be to start with National Titles, break the tie with FF's, then Elite Eights. If there's still a tie, go to Sweet 16's, I guess.

I'll do the math for you morons, if you want. If it's UNC (or whoever) then there won't be any argument from me.

 

Let me help everyone out, since research probably isn't a troll's thing.

1) UNC two titles, four Final Fours
2) Florida two titles, three Final Fours
3) Michigan St one title, four Final Fours
4) Kansas one title, three Final Fours
5) Duke, UConn, Maryland one title, two Final Fours (don't care enough to look at Elite 8's)
8) Syracuse one title, one Final Four

Ok - win/loss records in the NCAA tournament this decade:

UNC 26-6
Kansas 26-9
Michigan St. 25-9
Duke 23-9
UConn 20-7
Florida 20-6
(Edit: UCLA should probably be in the win/loss numbers, too, but I was trying to pull in some of the teams mentioned in earlier posts.)

There aren't many other considerations. The NCAA tournament is how greatness is measured in this sport. Anything else is simply opinion.

UNC is the team (program, school, basketball mecca, whatever else you want to call it) of the decade. Facts back it up. Opinions try to skew it.

Makes me wonder where he was when Duke won 17 out of 19 or some shit earlier this decade. Some 'program of the decade,' got their asses owned for the first half of the decade by a conference rival.

Of course UK owned Florida pretty hard too.
