I was talking about what coach in the ACC has the best showing currently.

Last I checked, Roy wasn't in the ACC during Duke's back to back titles (which were almost 20 years ago). So give Coach K the one title this decade, and it's still 2-1. I am counting things that are relevant to the current situation. No one, not even at Duke, really thinks they are national championship contenders at this point.

Roy has more clout in the ACC than Coach K at this point, which was the initial arguement.

Since "You have not be in any of these debates" makes sense to only you, there is no need for further comment.

I have to agree with you. He's been the model of consistency. NCAA title games in three different decades and an NCAA title. 799 career wins, with 250 of them coming in the last 10 years. Three conference tournament title game appearances in the last 10 years with two championships.

see, even a moron like you can get it once in a while.

Smith and Roy spent over 50 years as head coaches at two of the most tradition rich schools in NCAA hoops history, and have four titles to show for it.

Calhoun showed up in BFE Stoors,CT, just over 20 years ago, and now has two national titles. He had to build as soon as he got there; those two didnt' build shit. Calhoun also got Northeastern to the NCAAs, no small feat, and developed Reggie Lewis, God rest his soul.

Any of us could have coached that team to the gold medal with those players. K didn't do anything special, but hang on to it since that's all you've got, I guess.

So, you're agreeing that Calhoun > ((Roy + Dean) X 2) is absurd from a national title perspective.
    I agree.

You're awfully cantankerous after a NC, I'd hate to see you after your team lost. Of course we'd have to wait 2 months for you to be back.

Sure, the US finally got their best players to play and we should have won. But K got the best players to commit, and it had been 12 years since the last Olympic Gold medal. K wasn't just walking into an already winning situation like say, Dean did when he won his Gold. Or Dean following Frank McGuire.

Since you've got nothing, just hang on to being a douchebag, I guess.
