    I took shop because it was the manly thing to do, that way nobody ragged on me for being in band.

    I didn't know the cold water thing. I do boil my potatoes with the skin on and then peel it off, but scoring it and putting it in cold water...umm gonna try that one, sure makes, making potato salad easier.

    funny you should ask.

    i attended the esteemed Johnstone & Whalers School of Culinary Delights and Stuff, located in the south of South Hampton. thats in Europe for all you rednecks. anyways, i learnt all about cooking snails, cumquat burgers, bbw burgers and tiorted snoil on a poppy seed bun....with cheese.

    but i aint here to brag. i've always tried to maintain a low profile. i would also like to pass on this little morsel(snort)....that pie are not square but, in fact, they are round.

    My parents, GF and the TV. But im not very adventurous either. Very picky about veggies and seafood so my repertoire is tres limited.

    Not if you do not have a round pan. And how does this apply to a cake cooked in a round pan (cake or pie) or the fried pie. It is half mooned shaped, But a moon pie is round but is a stacked cookie. And leaves us with a cookie it is round cooked in a square pan so what is it?
