    sometimes they can be a reaction to medication you might be on. Prednisone is famous for it. Don't know if you are on any but if so.....
    Other than that I am not sure what causes ulcers in your mouth but I do know that it is fairly common. Never had any myself but have knew plenty that did.

    I have had them, so have my kids, so has my mother. Not sure of the cause. My mom always said it was a deficiency....not sure in what...and a sign that you were coming down with something.

    BUT......here is the cure.......Cut those suckers off. Use very sharp, disinfected, nail clippers. It pinches for a second but the relief is instant. I promise.
