I would, however, like to see us pick up Bear Pascoe (also from Fresno State) as the blocking TE we tried to get in Manumaleuna a couple of years ago.

It boils down to what happens with Peppers, I guess. If he's here, I'd stand by that draft and we grab his replacement next year. If he's gone, then of course I'm looking for a DE, but I'm guessing that will be filled with one (or more) of the picks we'll get for Pep, no?

59 Brace - HB's observations aside he is a big guy who should help with the run
93 Terrance Taylor - more bulk for the DL
124 Kraig Urbik - I have seen him rated higher than this. Good depth and possible replacement for Vincent
155 Deon Butler - slot receiver who has good speed

*** 18 Vontae Davis - we trade Peppers to the Broncos and get this pick, Davis probably starts right away and upgrades a secondary that needs all the help it can get with a weak pass rush.

I'd take another DT there, too.
A DE isn't necessarily a starting need with Peppers here another year but you can't prepare for him long term until he's long term. Peppers staying and having a guy learn is pretty ideal.

I like the WR but I'm just not as worried about another guy learning behind Muhammad.
