I will give you that yes....just as an overall look is all....this is more predicated on defending the perimeter more than anything.

Losing Ginyard hurt this team more than people think, he could lock down a good perimeter player. Having Frasor and Ellington guarding a three at points of the game scares me........a lot.

Frasor has stepped in and played pretty good D down the stretch. Overall, I think our D has gotten better. I think Roy feels like if we can get up and down the court and get some easy transition baskets, then an average defense will be fine for most teams. Kinda wish the games would start today - this is going to be a LONG week...

Yes, which is why Chapel Hill fans should feel blessed they don't have to play them.

Unless you're implying that Pitt would somehow be an easier matchup because they lost to Villanova...

Why would they feel the need to be blessed about playing a team that is no longer in the tournament?

The best thing about the NCAA tournament is the one-and-done piece. If every team had to play every team, the tournament would be entirely different altogether. So, I'm very happy we haven't had to play every team in the tournament.
Any speculation on how Pitt or UNC would do against each other is just that. They don't have to meet - it's not luck - it's the NCAA tournament.
UNC's focus should be on 'Nova, and not 'thank goodness we don't have to play Pitt'...

That would make for a damn long tournament I'll give you that. Didn't mean to imply that every team should play every other team. Just saying that if one team has it's choice of playing either team A or team B most of the time it, or its fans, will choose one or the other based on a variety of different variables.

I see what you're saying. Honestly while watching the 'Nova/Pitt game, I was thinking 'it'd be great if 'Nova knocked off Pitt', but now I'm thinking 'Uh-oh, 'Nova knocked off Pitt.'

After about the sweet 16, any team can beat any other team, I think.
