If you have an opinion about the game, would love to hear it. Otherwise, the attacks aren't necessary. If you don't like something I post, dispute it.

My point is this: If OK wants to get into the upper echelon of teams by being in the Final Four, they have to have consistent guard play and they need it today. They haven't been consistent there, so I think that may be a weakness for them today. Of course, the game will be in a few hours and we'll see.

    LOL...

Any chance the Tarholes play any defense today?

They got away with it against Gonzaga, another team allergic to defense. Oklahoma wont let that slide.

Good call, the OK. guards sure were not there. What were they 2-20 from the perimeter?

2 of 19 from 3-point land. If you take away Griffin's 9/12 from the field, the team shot 15 of 42 from the field (35.7%).
They missed some open shots, but the D was pretty good today.

I have to eat some serious crow on that game. I really thought the fighting roys wouldn't play defense, per their MO. They really clamped down on the wings. The one thing that has always irritated me about Roy Williams teams is that they could, but generally don't, play superior defense.

The team that is most surprising to me was MSU. They have looked very impressive this tournament and no one is talking about them. Goran Sutton put on one of the best performances of the tournament.

He was a man among children. Hope he gets to a team that doesn't make me sick.

As an aside, glad they put in that 1 year rule. Makes the NBA so much more watchable. No high school all stars that wash out quick.
