    Speculation is Gillespie is gone and it will take 10 million dollars to both buy out his 6 million dollar contract, up to 2 million to buy off another coaches contract and 2 million/ a year to coach Kentucky. Names already floating around are
    • Billy Donavan (already turned the job down a couple years back)
    • John Calipari from Memphis (lots of talent coming in)
    • Rick Pitino
    • and Oklahoma States coach who is a "Kentucky" guy

    Rick Pitino? Theres no way...just can't see that.

    Donovan could make the jump this time..hasn't UF been out of the tourney 2 straight years?

    Calipari could...the SEC is just as piss poor as CUSA recently. Not much competition...

    Rick Pitino coming back to Lexington is about as likely as Mack Brown leaving Texas to coach UNC Football again.

    yeah because Coach K is so horrible, Why don't you shut the fuck up and keep attending Clemson games, since you can't apparently get tickets to the Dean Dome.

    I know it's/you're a joke, but it wouldn't hurt my feelings to see K bring in a real assistant/recruiter instead of failed basketball players lining the bench.
