He'd better. Now that he's rotating Herb's boys out, he needs to bring in his own talent, and quickly.

There is no way Sean Miller goes to NCSU.

No, because Sid's going to be there for a couple more years at the least.
But right now he would be one of the first guys I'd call ( if Sid has a stroke or something)...he was an assistant at State, and his bro did play there.

I've said all along that I wouldn't judge Sid until all of Sendek's recruits were gone...well now that's the case.

Next year is going to be an interesting year. Stats wise, we got basically nobody returning. McCauley and Costner were tops in most the offensive stats but anybody who followed State during the course of the season knew that as time wore on, the more consistent players were guys like Tracy Smith, Dennis Horner, Julius Mays and CJ Williams...

Horner will be the only senior of the group, the rest are sophomores...that said Horner along with those sophomores are expected to carry a big load. The freshmen will also contribute, with Brown taking the biggest burden of the three.

I know for sure NC State will be a different style of basketball, I honestly believe you won't see any more of the constant micro-managing from the bench that we have seen the past two seasons. I may be wrong but I feel that Sid took that upon himself because of the personnel. The other thing is that these kids are high IQ players...they will know their role. Can't say the same for Costner and McCauley the past couple seasons, Brandon could never figure out if he was a post or perimeter guy, Ben couldn't decide whether to score or distribute from the post.

By the end of the year, Tracy Smith was our go-to player anyways. Next year should be interesting. A good friend of mine is a ref and has worked several of the AAU tournaments and he claims Lorenzo Brown is the real deal (he isn't a NCSU fan BTW).
