It doesn't matter to me. I just want to know how many Duke folks bothered to buy tickets to see Duke play.

The place was about 75% UNC fans. There was one small section each of Texas, LSU, and dook fans. After the UNC game, almost all of the Heels fans were cheering with Texas - some of the people around us even started doing the horns sign... It was kinda funny.

Not many. There were maybe 1000 fans there out of 22,000+... Apparently they thought they'd lose, too. And they almost did to a very mediocre Texas team. They're going to get crushed by Villanova.

well, now that you've explained it, I have a better understanding. thanks. I still don't get how someone who allegedly went to Tech could be a Duke fan. did you go to home games and sit with the visiting fans?

They didn't look good against Texas and Texas played below what they can play. Even the rat looked a little confused during timeouts. They had one play they ran over and over and over and that was give Henderthug the ball and let him drive to the middle. Texas isn't known for being very smart and they didn't slow it down much at all until the very end and then they only stopped it once or twice. It wasn't a very good game for either team.

Did Texas ever lead in the 2nd half?

    Did LSU?

Texas shot over 50% for the game, Duke in the 40's......at one times Texas was shooting 70% in the 2nd half, but ended up with 14 or 15 TOs vs Duke's 5 or 6.....you cant watch a game with an open mind. You are an idiot plain and simple.

If Nova is going to "crush" Duke then you give me Duke and 15pts for say $1000?

That's a pretty pitiful showing of Duke fans. I guess all the other Dukies were in their tents in Kroovacheskieville waiting to get tickets for next January's Carolina/Duke game?

    Allegedly lol

It was simple, I didn't go to Tech-Duke basketball games. Problem solved.

edit: Not sure how cheering for Duke in the 50's makes my dad a 'bandwagon' fan but whatever. Keep on trolling.

edit2: Hell, even when I started cheering for Duke in the mid 80's there were way more State and UNC fans around. I pulled for Duke as the anti-bandwagon. Honestly, I can't stand the bandwagon fans any more than you can. We had a kid in my school who was a UNLV fan in 1990 and a Duke fan in 1992. Still makes me sick thinking about that douche.
