True. This is not a big deal. More of a stress reliever for O than anything I guess.

If you have a problem with this you really have serious personal issues.

I just wish he hadn't put the 'presidential jinx' on us... I'm more worried about that now than Lawson's toe...

Not that I personally care if the President fills out a bracket (I'm glad he's a vocal sports fan at the least,) but it was a lot more than '2 minutes of his time.' I'm guessing people saying that didn't see his 15 minute segment on SportsCenter a couple of nights ago. If he had just filled out a bracket and announced his picks he likely wouldn't have drawn any criticism, but for some reason I felt it was odd seeing the standing President on SC standing in front of a huge handwritten bracket and explaining his picks.

    Seemed pedestrian.

Yeah you can tell he's a passionate sports fan. I'm hoping he'll continue to excercise his will in the college football arena pushing for a playoff. But obviously that would take a lot more time than filling out a bracket and being on SC. In the end it's really not a huge deal, the President can't just magically fix the economy in the 30 min he spent with ESPN.

it seems like he's trying to revive the rockstar image as a distraction.
Things are shitty? Put up a bracket. He's one of us!
Scandal? People want one of his cabinet members to resign and you're only 50 days in? Go on the Tonight Show! Wow, this is newsworthy!
