A week ago I saw something on SI or ESPN where an anonymous scout was quoted saying that no one in the East wanted the Bobcats to make the playoffs because they'd be such a tough first round opponent.

I don't doubt it a bit. This team is very well built at this point and seem to really be buying into the system. They are actually a very fun NBA team to watch.

I kinda hate to see Felton leave now that they are clicking so well. I know they have DJ but he is getting minutes already.

The Bobbers have put together a nice team. I'm guessing a majority of the credit probably belongs to Larry Brown, unless Jordan has has some epiphany since he's been shit as a GM prior to this, and they've made some nice deals that really improved the team. They still don't have that "go-to" type guy but team work has made up for that so far. If I were a top four team I wouldn't want to play them in the first round. The Bobcats probably wouldn't win but the other team would get a lot more than they bargained for in the first round instead of the usual easy series to tune up with.

If we make it to the playoffs, here's to hoping we land the Celtics as a first round opponents. For whatever reason, the Cavs seem to have the Bobcats' number, whereas the cats play the Celtics extremely tough, and it's not like Boston was running teams out of the building in last year's playoffs.

The Lakers do not want to see us in the finals, I know that :)

They are a player away from being a contender but they have a team that is a solid play off team in the east if it is together all year and relatively healthy.

How big would it be if they beat the Spurs and push it to 7?

First game Ive watched this year after the hype of a 6 game streak and they lost... played them even until 4 minutes to go and then folded.
