    173 -

I stalled at 180 for over a week so I decided to take a week off and eat a high calorie diet. Mmmmm, a lot of Krispy creme and some fast food. After a week of that I went back to my healthy eating ways and the weight started to come off again although slower than before. I think I'm starting to get close to my target weight. Maybe 8-10 more pounds. Then again I've also added a few pounds of muscle. I need to get a set of calipers so I can start checking my body fat percentage. Anybody ever used one of those things?

I saw my abs for the first time ever yesterday. It wasn't a hallucination either because when I walked into the bedroom to go to bed my wife was shocked. She could see em' too. Faint but they're starting to revel themselves, more like a 4-pack lite than a 6-pack.
