    Not sure if the troll has mentioned the Big East this year, but I found this to be interesting when comparing the Big East and the ACC head-to-head this year and in recent history (as I know he was squawking about the BFE last year...):

    The ACC is 10-6 against the Big East this year, 40-33 against the Big East over the last five years, and 84-60 against the Big East over the last ten years.

    I think if the ACC had 4 more teams, it'd be a little easier to compare the two conferences, but with the discrepancy, it's a bit tougher.

    Have any of those wins come against the top 5 of the BE?

    I'm an ACC fan and still think it is the best conference but Duke beat St. Johns and that isnt exactly a powerhouse team of the BE.

    A less arbitrary comparison would be to compare the ACC to the Big East top 12. Would be interesting to see...

    for someone who's allegedly ignoring me, you seem awfully obsessed.

    at any rate, the Big East is the better conference this year, no matter how many times one of your top teams (Duke) squeaks by one of the Big East's bottom-feeders (St. Johns).
