    Mike Hampton now with Houston was found to have an irregular heartbeat today and taken for treatment. That is one unlucky guy.

    Decision expected today

    It's down to the Braves and Seattle and a decision is expected today. Also Tom Glavine could finalize a deal to stay in Atlanta.

    Bad news for us here in Concord - looks like no Braves radio here this year.

    I buy the MLB Gameday Audio Package each year. You get every teams radio broadcasts for something like $15 a year. You can't beat that. I often do work on the computer while listening to baseball games. Vince Scully still does Dodger games, Milo Hamilton at 125 years old is still great on Astro broadcasts as well.

    ESPN just said Braves signed Garret Anderson 1 yr 2.5 mil. This was the power bat we were looking for.......?

    No but he will help to some degree. Frenchy better make a major comeback this year or the outfield will have another bad year.

    hes not the griffey jr. but he will fit in well. anderson will hit 15-25 hr and around 85 rbi with a batting avg around 275 projected. that will work will a healthy matt diaz. dont you guys think so? espn said anderson could bat clean up against rightys and diaz against leftys. least anderson wont be a problem mouth wise.
