    Way to go Niners!! That was a great win. Xavier is a hell of a team, and we held our own and took them down. I credit the win to Eddie Basden being back in the house :-D

    they've lost to Duquesne, Dayton and Charlotte. How can you say they're a good team, let alone a "hell of a team"?

    Yeah and they also beat Missouri, Memphis, VA Tech, Rhode Island, LSU, Temple...

    I knew I'd hear this today. The tired old "well they lost to Charlotte so therefore they must suck" line. Eventually you have to give credit where credit is due. Xavier is an extremely talented and well coached top25 team, and we played very well and beat them.

    Well grid does have a point. That was a much worse loss for X than it was a good win for Charlotte. But, who gives a damn. I'm glad we got the win.

    I disagree - grid never has good points - ever. Even though I don't know what his point was, I'm sure it was shallow and baseless.
