    Closed at 3.93 yesterday and the futures aren't looking too good for it today.

    But isn't it in much better shape than Citi? That's like saying someone dying of lung cancer is in better shape than someone dying of colon cancer. Just saying.

    BofA is in better shape than Citi but everytime nationalization gets mentioned, I think the stock drops another 10% and for good reason as nationalization takes the stock price to 0. Thus, people are unloading it everytime they get nervous about nationalization and Graham isn't helping those fears.

    Yes, it is in much better shape than Citi due to BofA's cost of funds. Huge difference between Citi and BofA in that regard. BofA can get through this while I'm not so sure about Citi. Much of the negativity towards BofA is due to Citi anyway.
