    If he wants that much money I hope he's happy with the team willing to pay him. I hope it's not the Panthers.

    But I do admit the thought of having Otah, Wharton, Kalil and Gross together for multiple years, with at least Stewart there too is tempting.

    Given the Landon Johnson situation, I now have to wonder whether we're stuck giving Lewis his roster bonus since he's injured. Between that, the theoretical uncapped year fucking us on proration, and having two Pro Bowlers up for free agency at the same time, we're really getting fucked from all angles.

    It's not a catastrophic situation, but it's not ideal.

    I'd take him, but the money he seems to expect seems outrageous and unrealistic. And I wouldn't put him at end anyway, in a one-gap 4-3 I like him better at DT. He can hold up to it, he's got the size and ability for it, and there's not a lot of difference compared to that weird one-gap 3-4 Dallas plays him in.

    I think Canty would be a solid pick up.

    I just saw that the ravens released McAlister. Do you guys think that would be worth looking at as a lucas replacement or is he basically the same thing as lucas?
