NC State

State goes down to Georgia Tech, a place we never really play well in, and lay a 21 point whooping on the Jackets. With the exception of the meltdown at Virginia Tech, the last 3 games has shown a lot of promise. The point guard play is infinitely better than when the season started. Costner and Smith continue their good play and now finally we're getting some offensive production from the 2 and 3 spots on the floor. Put these things together at the same time and...you finally have a sense of what this team could do.

Don't wanna jinx the Pack...but I'm feeling a sense of optimism with this team. I just do not want to see a setback when we visit Chapel Hill Wednesday.

 

State continues to make the stupidest turnovers .... Carolina will probably destroy them.

I don't but it will be interesting to see if we can give them much of a game. We are playing vastly better now than at the beginning of the ACC schedule. Still don't have the guard play for UNC-CH.

 

To be fair, I do have optimism for the rest of the schedule as it is sorta weak just not the UNC-CH game.

 

Sid's recruits:
47 points, 15 rebounds (despite only having one player over 6'5"), 88 minutes

Herb's recruits:
39 points, 15 rebounds (with 3 players 6'9" or over) 106 minutes
