I agree. Roy is stubborn about defending the 3 point shot. It goes back to Dean Smith and his approach to defense. Hey ,it works most of the time because teams are not going to be able to bury 3 pointers on a consistent basis. Last night it was obvious that Dook needed to get out of the match up against Lawson. Coach K is Hall of Famer and one the best ever but he really could have gotten Carolina into a half court game by going to a zone at least at times. Lawson was simply driving to the basket taking advantage of their defense.
