Compound Butter

    Not rocket science....

    Get some butter to room temp, throw that shit into the KitchenAid add whatever you like (parsley, garlic, sundried tomatos) or (honey, cinnamon, 10x sugar) and whip that shit up. Place on plastic wrap, roll/form into a log and put back in the ice box.

    Would make a nice addition to good, quality bread.















    (not Chippy's bread though) :quiet:

    I made some with a splash of white wine, garlic and thyme. It's good to put a pat or two on steaks and chops.

    fred used the Spaniard No. 3-B's penis butter to make a smoothie. Or maybe it was a Mexican. who knows. :huh2:

    Fred confessed to me that a Mexican smoothie (if in fact it was one, and we're not really sure) is really more of a custard.
