Does anybody have any idea why Ben wants to take Aaron from Kate? Could it be because he was born on the island and he can't go back or Ben's plan to go back to save the people still on the island won't work for some reason if they take Aaron so they need to leave him behind? Where is Claire on the island?? Is she dead and I missed something? I can't figure out why she sent Aaron back with Kate.

I'm kinda glad to see Jin is still alive. I wonder if Locke will come back to life if they get him back to the Island. I'm not sure what the hell is going on with the time warp thing and the nosebleeds. Anybody got any clues? I was thinking if they killed the young Charles Widmore then maybe the island crisis may be averted, but then Penny wouldn't have been born and it would change Desmonds whole future. And has Jack ever told Kate that Claire is his half sister?? Oh yeah - also pretty weird with the French people landing in the lifeboat with the young Rousso chick who tells Jin who she is. Wonder who dismantled or sealed up the hydrogen bomb since they time warped away from it?

Definitely some funky shit going on!

Ben is most likely trying to scare Kate to the point where she is ready to run away with Aaron because she has always run when she is scared. He then is probably going to try and convince her that the only place she and Aaron will be safe is on the island.

    She is with her daddy.

She disappeared leaving Aaron behind with Kate. Claire ended up with her and Jack's pop in the moving cabin. I can't remember why Aaron is with Kate and not Claire.

They kind of explained the nose bleeds by saying it was how much time you have spent on the Island. The more time you have spent on the island the quicker the nose bleeds and headaches will come and I assume death like in the case of Fischer Stevens from last year. It hasn't been explained very well yet.

Yeah, that would be a real mind-fuck right there. At some point someone on the show, probably the physicist guy, said that you couldn't change events in the past. However, I wouldn't be surprised to see if that can't be broken.

Don't think so but I'm not sure.

I thought that was pretty cool, this show has lots of history and layers to pull from, I want to see who built the four-toed statue.

Most likely the others. They were probably singing Heigh-Ho in Latin the whole time.

Really cool show, I am enjoying this season more than the others at this point and I really liked last season.

Well, looks like John maybe got the island back on track last night, and probably won't have to keep his promise to Jin about not bringing Sun back, because looks like Ben is gonna do it and he's the one who gave Sun Jin's ring. I have a feeling it's gonna cost John his life, but then again, in the present, he's dead anyway. Wonder what Faraday was doing on the island as a "crazy old man" when Charlotte was growing up there. Guess she shoulda listened to him about never coming back. OK, so Jack's Dad told Locke how to stabilize the island - where the hell is Claire??? It's gonna be funny to see how they try to get Hurley out of the mental ward - again. Wonder if Michael or Walt or Shannon or Charlie or any of the other "dead" people are gonna show back up? Or Vincent the dog?

I'm not sure Ben is on the up and up. The dude in the hole with John Lock didn't seem to keen on good 'ol Ben. Sayid may be right.

The "dude in the hole" was Jack's dad. But yeah, I'm sure whatever Ben does will suit his purpose somehow.

the time tavel angle is kinda odd, but it makes for a simple solution to the problem of the missing 3 years (the time since they left the island). they'll simply skip those years rather than have to explain what happened on the island.

faraday said you can't change the future, but he clearly tries to by telling charlotte not to return to the island. on the other hand, since he knows he's going to tell her that, going ahead and doing it is really just admitting that you can't change it... weird.

faraday's mother is the woman that was counselling desmond when he was having his weird trip. i think she was in a jewelry store or something....

ben was probably trying to make kate's life miserable so she'd figure she's got nothing to lose. of course, admitting it was him was kind of stupid if that was the goal.

i like how a language barrier is all that's needed to explain uncomfortable plot twists. "jin! how did you survive the boat explosion!?!" "uh... water..." lol.

i think the time travel bit is an interesting twist, but i can't help but feel they're trying a bit too hard at times. cool that we see russeau, but it feels a bit revisionist to me. she explained how they all got sick, not that they were attacked by the smoke monster and "changed". early lost episodes hinted at some kind of virus or disease or something. desmond was taking shots daily. the hatch door had a quarantine stencil on it. russeau was always going on about people getting sick. that went away and now russeau's team is "changed" by the smoke monster. oh, and jin is wrapped up in some of the most traumatic events of her life and i don't recall he having any reaction to him at all in previous seasons....

it would be neat if the random whispers of previous seasons are revealed to be people bouncing thru time and trying to avoid running into each other.

is faraday going to sabotage the orchid or is he going to help them find the wheel? and why the crazy enterance if there's a figgin well that dumps you into it?

i thought you could stop the whole bouncing thru time thing by introducing a touch-stone -- somebody you've known in both timeframes. like desmond talking to penny. wouldn't jin meeting russeau stop him from bouncing anymore? and for that matter, charlotte had met farady before as well. so that's somebody from both time frames, tho i suppose he wasn't supposed to be there so i dunno if that counts...
