    Why the edit?

    The normal reference for abortion would be the other 90% of the definition which was just an odd term to use in regards to the ass beating dook took. The game doesn't really fit that description, maybe dooks play did and that's what he meant. *shrugs*

    All I edited out is that your vocabulary needs some work, but I figured I wouldn't take the obvious jab.

    Just because something isn't the most common denotation of a word doesn't mean the definition doesn't apply.

    Reading the rest of his statement it doesn't really seem to apply....and glad to see you had a change of heart since it wasn't directed to you in the first place.

    I could see me watching that game with all the TBR people at some sportsbar and jumping up and yelling "this game is nothing but an abortion".

    As a duke fan, the game would be an abortion. I'm sorry you can't grasp that, but I'm not surprised.

    Yes it could be used that way, although very easily misconstrued since that's not a word you would most commonly use in the typical description of that game.

    I just found that as an odd word to use and not something I would go around yelling when there are certainly other words that describe the game and wouldn't be misconstrued.
