Maybe he can have another episode of vertigo and pull a "K" if things start to go bad.

whoops, I forgot I wasn't an NC State fan. It will be Matt Doherty's fault.

Losing Graves is a good thing for UNC. I hate the Tar Heels but that guy sucked and I never figured out why Roy Williams played him. Coach K gets criticized for not playing enough of his bench, but Williams plays too many people. Graves had no business being on the court and it tightens the rotation. When they won the title he had a solid rotation of 8. the last 3 years (2005-2006 didn't have enough scholarships) he's been playing like 11 people a game. Graves not being on the court is a good thing if you're a Heels fan.

Well if Ginyard were playing and Frasor wasn't sucking so much right now, then Graves wouldn't have been playing as much.

Aside from that though, this deep team at the start of the year is really thin right now and can't afford anymore injuries.

The difference between the title team and this one is the the fact that those three subs could legitimately cover all five positions. Graves was the closest thing we had available to being a 3 in Roy's system. You may be seeing Ellington or Frasor or even one of our bigs playing 3 now. This is scary given the scoring ability and athleticism of some of the 3s in this conference.

News conference today at 3pm, it's expected that we'll learn whether or not Zeller will return or redshirt.
