i was joking as well my friend. I didn't think that you seriously thought all those dodgers were the best ever. although some you could make an argument for....Jackie Robinson for example.

He’s the best ever, IMO. He overcame more than anyone had to, and did things nobody will do ever again, like steal home 19 times. I'm a little biased obviously, but I think that argument can be made.

Robinson was a wonderful player and of course a trailblazer but I would not consider him among the greatest ever. Hall of Fame worthy and an icon in the civil rights movement but that's as far as I would go IMO.

it depends on how you classify "the best ever". If we are looking at who did the most for the game, then Jackie Robinson has to be in contention. If we are looking at play then maybe not. But when people talk about Babe Ruth being the best ever they are not simply looking at the numbers, as he leads no statistical category, but he did a TON for the game.

I like how you criticize Franchise's list, not realizing that it was a joke until he pointed that out, and then made a bad list of your own. Hank Aaron over Babe Ruth? Ron Santo deserves a mention at third base? Satchel Paige the second best pitcher of all-time? This kind of thing is why everyone thinks you're stupid.
