    I think this will prolly be his last year coaching the Twerps. He's worn his welcome out and it looks like none of the local talent will play for him.

    Seems like GTs resurgance has killed UMs program. It's a shame, they aren't that far removed from back to back Final Fours.


    And I'm not sure what Clay's point is, are they supposed to rank UNC #1 just because that's who they think will cut down the nets? That's not really the purpose of the polls. It pretty much works like it does in CFB, you keep winning long enough and you'll be ranked #1 if everyone in front of you loses.

    Besides, Duke is the only team that has beaten everyone on their schedule (Michigan included.)

    Doesn't matter - enjoy it while you can. Dook has had some pretty easy games so far. I'm sure you'll agree that the polls don't matter much right now.

    And yeah - Maryland is horrible. I feel bad for Gary Williams. I've actually liked him as a coach for a number of years. They will still knock off someone high up at some point and it may save his job for another year. It's been happening for 3-4 years now.
