    so LC - does UNC have it's own page of exceptions in the NCAA rule book?

    Does the NCAA ever let other teams use these exceptions or are they exclusive to UNC?

    Look in your rear view mirror - is it full of black SUVs and helicopters?

    I found it really funny that it was a new rule all of a sudden. If it had happened to State you would be saying the same thing.

    not really. for the most part we care more and follow more UNC football stuff than NC State. I haven't seen an off season thread for NC State football, so we have no idea what they're doing.
