    Do you think he pretty much said fuck you to the Defensive coaching staff so he could rebuild to keep Peppers? All the interviews JR had it seems like he is talking to peppers repeatedly. Some major behind the scenes bullsahit is going on here. People always say The Panthers is a Great Organization so why are people going?

    probably not, but who knows. The idea that this was entirely on those staffers is hard to say - the idea that two of the guys were guys who didn't get to interview last year when wanted, that they left this year? Not hard to beleive. Trgovac is a unique case, but I have no idea and no one does.

    I am starting to become concerned about the front office of our team. Peps wanting out in and of itself isnt the biggest surprise on the block especially considering he has been offered a contract that would have paid him a LOT of money and he said no at that time. In addition though to the Peppers apparent departure, now Trgo takes a DL coaching spot? I mean WTF is that? That right there has officially caused concern in me.

    John Fox will have this team ready next season. His teams are always good at coming back when times get rough. His defense was not really that bad. If the offense could have scored same damn points they would have won more games.
