"He loves the state of North Carolina. His family is there. The easier situation for him would be to stay in Carolina," his agent, Carl Carey, said Saturday

"He loves the state of North Carolina. His family is there. The easier situation for him would be to stay in Carolina, Peppers just hates his team and coaching staff. Besides Kris Jenkins has told him he needed a room mate. " his agent, Carl Carey, forgot to finish his sentence Saturday

at this point i think it's likely that he won't be playing anywhere in 2009 and the panthers will get zip for him because the front office seems pretty damn dumb in this area. However, i'll try and be optimistic and say that since the lions front office is even dumber i'll say that peppers plays LB in Detroit for a couple of disappointing years and the panthers get the 20th pick overall for him (and a conditional pick in '10) :pot:

Wouldn't it be ironic if they still had Harrington and we traded straight up for him?

Is there any particular reason why NFOF has so many accounts? And as a follow up, is there any particular reason why any of them are allowed to continue posting here?

If Merriman is done, that's not out of the realm of possibility.
