Rake, we live in a world that has message boards and those message boards need to be guarded by assholes with knowledge. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Captain Whineberg? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Thelt and curse me; you have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know: that Thelt's wounded ego, while tragic, probably saved threads; and that my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves threads.

You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties you want me on that message board, you need me on that message board. We use words like moron, idiot, and know-nothing, dumbass waste of oxygen. We use them as the backbone of a life trying to defend something. You use them as a punchline. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who reads and posts under the blanket of the very freedom I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you," and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest that you think up an insult and prepare to post. Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you are entitled to.

The actual page of a playbook that I posted was from the 2003 Patriots that beat us in the Super Bowl, which is also the playbook we use today. I never got why the idea of a comeback route was contested specifically.

I do agree with the situation, whether real or not, that you do try to push to the guy at the sticks unless the back was in fact open to well past the sticks (assuming convergence). It's always easy to second guess any pressure decision, though.
