    Braves add two pitchers to their rotation today. Derek Lowe comes to Atlanta as a free agent. They also get 33 year old Japanese pitcher, Kenshim Kawakami. Getting Lowe is not "sexy" but he should give them some innings and in truth it's most likely better money spent that what AJ Burnett would have been. Kawakami is a mystery, let's hope it works.

    I like them both, they will help the rotation out a lot and I think it is looking very solid now.

    Andruw Jones showed up at the Duke-Georgia Tech BB game on wednesday night wearing an Atlanta Braves cap.Not sure that means a thing,but it was interesting.

    I really don't think I've seen a player fall so far so fast as Andruw Jones.

    I hope the Braves rotation is better than what I think its. I can't say I'm full of confidence atm. Oh, and Wren should be beaten with a very tightly rolled poster (with a steel bar inside) of John Smoltz for letting him pitch his possibly last year in another uniform. That ain't tight...
