Vienna sausage cordon bleu

    1 can vienna sausages
    one slice of ham
    one slice of swiss cheese
    bread crumbs
    one egg, beaten
    canola oil


    - remove vienna sausages from can and wash away congealed fat
    - slice each sausage lengthwise
    - cuts ham and cheese into three-inch by half-inch strips
    - place a slice of the ham and a slice of the cheese on each piece of sausage, then place the other half of the cut sausage on top, like a little fucking sandwich.
    - coat sausage/cheese/ham with egg wash and then coat in bread crumbs
    - Pour about a half inch oil into fry pan and heat to medium-high
    - Place sausages into oil and turn them, browning all sides.


    Pack that shit up your cat's ass and order a pizza.
