    I haven't watched the game on TV but I was in the upper end zone watching that play. At the beginning Smith was single-covered and as soon as the ball was snapped, 2 guys rolled over on the coverage. It looked like they completely set Delhomme up, knowing he'd throw some sort of deep jump ball to Smith.

    They were actually set up on the short out/smoke/whatever when that wasn't there smith moved downfield to try and ad lib something and.... EDIT: It looked ad lib to me anyways.

    Yeah, Cromartie was up on the line pressing him and at the snap it looked like there was no deep coverage. They faked the smoke route and were going to go deep hoping Cromartie would jump the route and there would be no help. As soon as the snap happened though the coverage rotated. At least that's how I saw it, the guy beside me pointed out how Smith was open when they lined up and then we watched in horror as the play unfolded.

    Exactly. It was that fake smoke pass that we run occasionally and we thought the rook would bite. He did to an extent, but you're absolutely correct that Rolle rolled over the top on the snap. Smith reacted to that by pulling up and Jake tried to hit him between the two defenders instead of just throwing the ball away. Actually that last part is something of an issue. I can't remember the last time Jake threw the ball away when the defense just covered something too well.

    What pissed me off the most was that where they have kids up on the big screen telling people to watch their language. Anybody that pays to go in and watch that crap deserves to cuss every fucking word. Not to mention paying $6.25 for 1 fucking beer. Cocksucking motherfucking son of a bitching bastards. :mad:

    Good point. Watching the Eagle game there were a couple where McNabb threw some away, and my wife goes: GDWTF did he do that for.

    After explaining the concept of throwing the ball away to her the next thing out of her mouth:

    How come your guy didn't do that last night then?
