Oklahoma gave it away with bad play-calling and a handful of screwups. Both of Bradford's interceptions should have been caught initially by Sooners' receivers, and they should have gotten points out of the drive where they were stopped at the goalline as well. Without that, they would have won, but credit Florida for taking advantage of Oklahoma's mistakes. Oh, and Tebow is a beast.

Speaking of that last part, if Meyer has any interest in an NFL job, wouldn't it be interesting if he went now or after next season and then drafted Tebow to be his quarterback again? I think he should just stay at Florida since that's an ideal situation, but if he has any desire to make the jump, he'll never have a better guy to fit his offense than Tebow.

I can't tell you how many times I yelled at the offense to hurry up! We played so 'slow'...case in point...on the drive where we got stopped on 4th down....

1st and 9, we lined up on the ball and snapped it as ASAP, Brown for 4
2nd and 5, we lined up on the ball and snapped it as ASAP, Brown for 4
3rd and 1, we lined up, then took 26 seconds to snap the ball, Florida defense gets a chance to get set, stuffed!, Bradford is 6-4, 218, just go on the first sound and burrow behind center, WITHOUT delay, easy score....
4th and 1, line up, wait 24 seconds, nice missed block by Brian Simmons (#74 from Raleigh) and stuffed again...

Lining up quickly and then looking to the sideline was a staple of how they ran their offense most of the season...The reason behind it was to try and get a look at what the defense might be doing and not allow substitution by the defense, particularly if they got a matchup in their favor...My problem with it this time is it took longer to get things going than usual...During the season, we got the play off in about 15-20 seconds almost all of the time, but we were pushing 25 and higher many times in this game, so we seemed 'slower' to me, and lot of other Sooner fans I talked with during and after the game said the same thing....

BTW, Florida did the same thing more than once as well.....
