I've had some memorable live sporting events - Eric Dickerson breaking OJ's single season rushing mark, Magic Johnson breaking the assist record, George Brett's 3000th hit...but that Dallas playoff game topped 'em all. We stood for the opening kick-off and never sat down. Hope it's the same Saturday...

Yeah, I mean, hugging strangers. High fives, it was hands-down the best pro crowd I've been in.

The only thing close was watching GT beat Clemson in Clemson on a last second TD (saw it happen twice actually.) Being in a pocket of 500 fans in a hostile environment and celebrating like that (just minutes after seeing Clemson score the go-ahead touchdown and seeing time come to a stop as 80k+ scream like banshees) was pretty breathtaking.

If the Panthers won a last-second game ala Jacksonville in 03 then I can't imagine what BoA will be like Saturday. I know I'd regret not being there though if I had the means to do so.

I'd have to now rank the playoff games against Dallas (both of them) second to the Canes game 7 Stanley Cup win in my live sports experience list. There's nothing that builds up anxiety like going into game 7 on a two game losing streak. I'm pretty sure I'd have to see the Panthers win the SB to top the feeling I had at that game.

I'm surprised they didn't build a statue of you out front for that.

They built a statue of me for winning my long battle with anorexia - I destroyed that shit.

Nothing beats a last second win in a hostile crowd. X-Clown in Double Overtime in StL was incredible. I was so high up I could literally touch the roof of the Edward Jones dome. We we scored it felt like I was the only one yelling. AWESOME.
